If you're looking for a cybersecurity podcast that is bold, unfiltered, and inspiring, then The Cyber Queens Podcast is for you. Hosted by Maril Vernon and Stacey Champagne, this podcast is more than just tech talk—it's a movement to empower women and minorities in cybersecurity.
Maril and Stacey stand for radical transparency, empowerment, and creating a lasting impact. Their episodes are packed with practical advice, inspiring stories, and insights that make cybersecurity accessible, exciting, and impactful.
This week, I binge-listened to 10 episodes (yes, I couldn't stop!). Two of my favorites were:
- "Personal Branding in Cyber" – This episode is a game-changer for anyone trying to stand out in cybersecurity. It highlights the importance of showcasing who you are and what you bring to the table.
- "Neurodiversity and Undiagnosed ADHD in Women and Cyber" – I found this one so relatable. It was eye-opening to hear how neurodiversity impacts women in tech and how it can actually be a superpower.
What I love most about this podcast is how relatable yet motivating it is. Maril and Stacey talk about real struggles while offering actionable advice you can use right away to move forward in your cybersecurity career. Their mission to build a sisterhood in cyber and challenge outdated norms is both refreshing and necessary.
I can't recommend this podcast enough if you're in cybersecurity (or just curious about it). It's not just about learning—it's about feeling seen, supported, and inspired.
